INPAS company and Russian payment system «Zolotaya Corona» have completed integration of video-monitoring sysmte «Smotritel» for ATMs
Video-monitoring and security system for ATM stations “Smotritel” (“VideoObserver”) by INPAS Company has been successfully integrated with «ÑFT – ATM» software for self service equipment, used by banks, participants of Russian payment system “Zolotaya Corona” (“Golden Crown”).
“Zolotaya Corona” and INPAS have also agreed to run joint pilot projects on introduction and installation of video-monitoring system “Smotritel” in banks – participants of this payment system, where INPAS will give maximum attention and advice on maintenance and tuning software. Currently 160 banks are connected to Russian payment system “Zolotaya Corona”.
Integration of the solution allows to carry out the search of video information on ATMs events (for example, cash-out or card-in events, etc.). The Net version of “Smotritel” system allows to carry out the search also in videoarchive remotely, without actual physical access to the cash dispense mode. Due to this useful option banks reduce costs on travel, analysis and decision-making spent on disputable situations.
INPAS Company successfully introduces several versions of the system «Smotritel» — for ATMs, for payment terminals, self-service bank offices, and also centralized remote monitoring and safety management system «Smotritel-Center». The product «Sotritel» is unique in own way as it can work with ATMs of all main manufacturers, such as Wincor Nixdorf and NCR, interface for Diebold ATMs is in its final approval stage. INPAS has developed a special configuration of the system «Smotritel» which is not linked to any specific hardware platform and can be installed on any payment terminals, including outdoor ones.
Following recent frequent cases of fraud with ATMs and payment terminals INPAS company highlights that it’s «Smotritel» video-monitoring and security system allows banks to secure their payment operations and to decrease the load of work in security and claim departments as all self-service equipment events are video-recorded and can be played back separately. For clients of Russian credit organisations it means that they can be confident in banks and rely on their security systems and that their own money will be safe.
INPAS Company will take part in the International exhibition and conference «CARDEX and IT SECURITY – 2009 and MIPS» which will take place 13-16 April, where it will present the set of innovative solutions “Smotritel” on video monitoring and security.
