Moscow International Conference “Cardex & IT Security 2006 — Smart Cards and Information Security Systems in Russia”
Moscow International Conference of smart cards and IT security systems took place within the exhibition from the 12th to 13th September.
Participants of the conference were greeted by Alexander Vinogradov, the Head of Rosinformtechnology, who spoke on the use of information and communication technologies (IKT) in governmental agencies. In particular, in his presentation Mr. Vinohgradov mentioned the importance of the new version of Federal Target Programme «Electronic Russia» developed by the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communication of Russia and approved by the government.
