On behalf of the members of the Association of International Cooperation of Privately Owned Enterprises of Security, I welcome participants and guests of the 6th Moscow International Exhibition and Conference of Smart Cards and IT Security Systems “Cardex & IT Security 2009”.
We are pleased with the fact that this specialised forum will take place in Moscow for the sixth time and demonstrate the latest achievements of smart card and IT security industry.
Experience exchange of participants and guests of the exhibition on introducing state-of-the art technologies and saturation of the market with new technical means give an opportunity to strengthen financial safety and security in the field of commercial activities in our country.
I would like to emphasize that an international conference will be run alongside the exhibition. This is a topical event aimed at resolution of complicated tasks of intellectual and technological development facing the Russian society.
