of Smart Cards and IT Security Systems «CARDEX & IT Security 2007»

On behalf of the Association of International Cooperation of Privately Owned Enterprises of Security, I welcome participants and guests of the 4th Moscow International Exhibition of Smart Cards and IT Security Systems «CARDEX & IT Security 2007».

It is a pleasure to note that the specialised «CARDEX & IT Security» Forum will be held in Moscow for the fourth time bringing together the largest producers of smart cards, card manufacturing equipment, various systems and applications.

Introduction of state-of-the-art technologies will contribute to the saturation of domestic market with new technical means, facilitating of managements procedures, improvement of security level, calculations and control.

It is necessary to emphasize the importance of the 4th Moscow International Conference of smart cards and security systems to be held within the exhibition covering such issues as the Russian market of smart cards, economics and marketing of card projects, new card technologies, information safety, rich management technologies and other issues.

The conference is a critical event for the resolution of complicated tasks of intellectual and technological development facing the Russian society.
